Squeeze-top tubes

• R 150 per 1 200 tubes in Johannesburg and Pretoria (R 200 elsewhere in South Africa), free from 5 000 tubes.
• Each started carton of 1 200 tubes is charged once, so 1 200 tubes or fewer count as one carton and 2 400 as two. Tubes of every colour and finish in your order count together.

Other packaging

• Other packaging: economy courier delivery with a South African courier provider, R 150 per order to major city centres (Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Polokwane and Nelspruit), R 200 elsewhere; free when other packaging goods exceed R 2 000. Delivery only.

If your order contains both, you pay both delivery charges. We currently deliver within South Africa only. The rate that applies is worked out from your delivery postal code, and you see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Economy courier delivery within South Africa. No VAT is currently charged.

Delivery takes 1–5 working days from payment or, for COD orders, from confirmation with you.

Orders may be dispatched from different warehouses; not all stock is shipped from Johannesburg. The 1–5 working day delivery timeframe includes courier transit. Branded and pre-order options retain their stated lead times; dispatch time for those options is separate from courier transit time. Customised production needs approved artwork and colour details before it starts.

Pre-order packaging retains the estimated 8–12 weeks after payment, confirmed in your quotation.

Tube-only orders can be collected from our Sandton pickup point at no charge. Non-tube packaging is delivery only. Orders containing both tubes and non-tube packaging must be delivered:

Choose Local pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to collect; please wait for that email, and bring your order number.

• Cash on collection: pay in cash when you collect your order from our pickup point. Available for tube-only collection orders of any amount.
• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash on delivery to Johannesburg and Pretoria, for orders of 5 000 tubes or more or at least R 5 000 of other packaging. Not available elsewhere in South Africa.
• You can also pay by card or instant EFT on Yoco, or by EFT bank transfer; the choices are shown at checkout.
